Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design and review mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for building projects.

• Manage MEP related Repair & Maintenance.
• Prepare MEP drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, vendors and contractors to integrate MEP systems into overall project plans.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and compliance with standards and regulations.
• Resolve technical issues and provide solutions during the construction phase.
• Review and approve material submittals and shop drawings.
• Ensure all MEP systems meet local codes, environmental standards, and safety regulations.
• Manage project schedules and budgets for MEP works.

Key Responsibilities:
