Job summary

Sunrise Systems is seeking a Memory Compiler / SRAM Engineer to contribute to SRAM design and tooling. The role requires familiarity with memory compiler concepts and SRAM views, with specific experience in AMD Memview generation and memview server development.

Candidates should understand SRAM features at the TSMC node and be able to generate the required SRAM views. This position supports global clients and workflows across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Experience with memory compiler and SRAM engineering.
• Knowledge of N2/N3 compiler features would be helpful.
• Understanding of TSMC SRAM features and how to generate SRAM.
• Familiarity with SRAM views generated/supported.

Responsibilities

• Propose and implement memory compiler strategies for SRAM designs.
• Work on AMD Memview generation and can contribute to memview server development.
• Apply knowledge of N2/N3 compiler to support SRAM tooling and flows.
• Understand and generate the required SRAM views across different configurations.
