Job summary

Sunrise Biztech Systems Pvt. Ltd. in Bengaluru is seeking a Hardware Design Engineer 3 with 5+ years of experience to work on memory silicon design, SRAM architectures and verification.

The role requires hands-on use of memory compilers, Verilog and SPICE, plus strong scripting and team coordination across globally distributed groups. This is a 1-year contract, Bengaluru-based with potential for extension.

Experience: 5+ Years

Contract tenure: 1 year

Required Skills:

• 57 years of relevant experience in Memory Compiler / SRAM / VLSI Design.
• Strong understanding of SRAM architecture and memory technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Synopsys Memory Compiler is highly preferred.
• Good understanding of memory collateral: Verilog, .lib, LEF, GDS.
• Knowledge of DRC/LVS and physical verification methodologies.
• Ability to run and analyze SPICE simulations.
• Good scripting and automation skills in Perl, Tcl, Python and/or Unix Shell.
• Strong analytical, debugging, documentation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate with globally distributed teams and manage multiple deliverables.
