Responsibilities

• Sales and Revenue Growth:
  • Membership Sales: Generate new membership sales through prospecting, lead generation, and conversion of leads into sales.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall sales performance of the club.
  • Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Fitness First services, including personal training, group fitness, and membership upgrades.
• Sales Administration and Reporting:
  • Sales Administration: Manage sales administration tasks, including data entry, lead management, and sales reporting.
  • Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales reports to the Sales Manager, highlighting sales performance, and identifying areas for improvement.
