Key Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with walk‑in customers and understand their fitness needs
• Conduct gym tours and explain membership plans, facilities, and offers
• Convert inquiries into membership sales through calls, WhatsApp, and in‑person consultations
• Invite prospects for trial sessions and ensure a positive experience
• Maintain lead follow‑up logs and daily communication updates
• Support branch sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
• Address customer issues politely and resolve concerns with the team
• Build strong rapport to enhance customer satisfaction and retention

Must have
