Job summary

A leading fitness brand in Delhi is looking for a passionate Personal Trainer to help clients achieve their fitness goals through customized training programs and expert guidance. This role involves conducting fitness assessments, designing personalized workout plans, and ensuring safety during sessions. Ideal candidates will have recognized certifications, strong fitness knowledge, and excellent communication skills. Freshers with certifications are encouraged to apply, with opportunities for high earnings based on performance.

Qualifications

• Certification from recognized bodies (e.g., ACE, ACSM, NASM, K11, Gold’s Gym Certification).
• CPR & First Aid certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of fitness training, nutrition basics, and anatomy.
• Sales orientation and ability to upsell training packages.
• 0–2 years of experience, freshers with certification can apply.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fitness assessments and consultations for members.

We are looking for a passionate and certified Personal Trainer to join our team at Fitness First. The ideal candidate will help members achieve their fitness goals through customized training programs, motivation, and expert guidance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct fitness assessments and consultations for new and existing members
• Design personalized workout programs based on individual goals (weight loss, muscle gain, rehab, etc.)
• Provide one-on-one and small group training sessions
• Ensure proper exercise techniques and safety standards
• Track client progress and adjust training plans accordingly
• Promote personal training packages and meet monthly revenue targets
• Maintain a clean and safe workout environment
• Build strong client relationships to improve retention

Required Qualifications

• Certification from recognized bodies (e.g., ACE, ACSM, NASM, K11, Gold’s Gym Certification)
• CPR & First Aid certification preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education / Sports Science (optional but preferred)
• Strong knowledge of fitness training, nutrition basics, and anatomy

Experience

• 0–2 years (freshers with certification can apply)

Compensation

• Fixed salary + attractive incentives on PT sales
• Opportunity for high earnings based on performance

Working Hours

• Rotational shifts (morning/evening)
• 6 days a week
