Bptp in Gurugram is seeking a dynamic Membership Sales professional to drive club memberships by identifying leads, conducting tours, and delivering outstanding customer service.

You will target monthly and quarterly sales goals, manage a robust pipeline, and collaborate with marketing for campaigns and events.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred for Manager role.
• 2–6 years of sales experience in hospitality, real estate, clubs, or luxury services.

Responsibilities

• Generate and convert leads for club memberships across walk-ins, referrals, events, and digital inquiries.
• Conduct club tours and presentations to prospective members, showcasing amenities and benefits.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly membership sales targets.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective members.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential members for upselling and referrals.
• Coordinate with marketing for campaigns, events, and promotions.
• Handle customer queries, negotiations, and closure of sales.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and closures in CRM systems.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and convert leads for club memberships through various channels (walk-ins, referrals, events, digital inquiries, etc.)
• Conduct club tours and presentations to prospective members, showcasing amenities and benefits
• Achieve monthly and quarterly membership sales targets
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective members
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential members for upselling and referrals
• Coordinate with marketing teams for campaigns, events, and promotional activities
• Handle customer queries, negotiations, and closure of sales
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and closures in CRM systems
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service standards

Key Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred for Manager role)
• 2–6 years of experience in sales (hospitality, real estate, club memberships, luxury services preferred)
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Customer-centric approach with a pleasing personality
• Target-driven and self-motivated
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
