Job summary

Anytime Fitness Gurugram is hiring a proactive Sales Associate to handle walk-in inquiries, convert prospects into gym memberships, and respond to leads across calls, WhatsApp, and other channels. You will explain membership plans, conduct club tours, and understand prospects' fitness goals, then follow up to maintain a strong sales pipeline and accurate records of leads and conversions.

Freshers to 1+ year of experience are welcome; basic MS Office/CRM knowledge is expected.

Qualifications

• Freshers to 1+ year of experience in sales or related roles.
• Experience in gym/fitness membership sales is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up abilities.
• Target-oriented and comfortable in a sales-driven environment.

• Ready to work in rotational shifts, including weekends.
