Job summary

Alembic Pharmaceuticals Limited is seeking a field sales professional to carry out effective field work, promote products to doctors and pharmacists, and achieve prescription targets by building strong relationships across India.

The role requires willingness to travel and relocate anywhere in India, a two-wheeler with license, and solid communication skills to support new launches and division strategies.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Carry out effective field work to achieve and surpass the assigned budget by generating prescriptions through medical professionals (HCPs).
• Carry out the effective RCPA and enter correct information in the system and prepare/set objectives (Pre Call Planning) for every Doctor call.
• Demonstrate and promote products to HCPs (doctors and pharmacists) as per guidelines to generate maximum prescriptions.
• Ensure regular customer conversion, no prescriber loss by following the division strategy and building effective relationships.
• Ensure sufficient availability of products at pharmacists to honor doctor prescriptions and perform required POBs as per division norms.
• Create/update the Doctor/Chemist list as per division guidelines.
• Ensure the success of new launches by implementing division-suggested strategies.

3. Demonstrate and promote products to HCPs (doctors and pharmacists) as per the guidelines provided by the division to generate maximum prescriptions.
4. Ensure regular customer conversion, no prescriber loss by following the division strategy by building effective relationship.
5. Ensure the sufficient availability of the products at the pharmacists to honor the Doctor prescription and do the required number of POBs as per the division norms.
6. Create / update the effective Doctor / Chemist list as per the division guidelines.
7. Ensure the success of new launches by implementing the strategies suggested by the division.
