Job summary

Zuventus Healthcare Limited invites dynamic pharma sales professionals to join our team in Kerala. You will acquire product knowledge through training and cycle meetings, and regularly present our products to doctors and chemists to drive uptake and enhance territory visibility.

The role focuses on meeting daily doctor/chemist visits, executing campaigns, ensuring product availability, tracking sales targets, and collecting market feedback.

Qualifications

• Should have good knowledge of human physiology and present company products.
• Fresher candidate - understand orientation about career in pharma industry.
• Experienced candidate - should have worked in good company with no job changes.
• Product detailing skills should be very good.
• Sales performance in current company.
• Conversion done in last 3 months.
• Market feedback.
• Connect with customers which candidate has been covering.
• Initiatives taken to convert doctors and other success stories in present assignment.

Responsibilities

• Acquire product knowledge by attending training programs and on-the-job training.
• Meet the number of Doctors and Chemists per day and make detailing presentations.
• Conduct chemist surveys to gather market information and ensure product availability.
• Ensure 100% implementation of strategy and campaigns.
• Achieve monthly sales targets for the territory and ensure timely payments.
• Collect sales and stock data from stockists and monitor stock levels.
• Drive new product success and expand prescriber base in the territory.
• Regularly visit stockists and monitor near expiry stocks for liquidation.

Role & responsibilities

Acquire the required product knowledge by attending the training programs, cycle meetings and on the job training conducted by the organisation.

• Meet the number of Doctors and Chemist per day as decided by respective divisions as per company policy & Making presentations (detailing) to doctors, specialists, etc.
• Do chemist survey to get market information and ensure availability of products.
• Ensure 100% implementation of strategy and campaigns.
• Achieving (and exceeding) monthly sales target of your territory.
• Ensure on time payment collection and sales and stock data from stockist
• Ensure new product success in your territory
• Ensure increase in prescriber base in your territory
• Regularly visit stockiest and monitor near expiry stocks and ensure liquidation
