Curavea Pharma Pvt Ltd. seeks a Medical Representative to promote pharmaceutical products to doctors, hospitals, clinics, and chemists in Delhi, building strong customer relationships and achieving sales targets.

You will visit healthcare professionals, present product features, manage distributor stock, and submit timely sales reports while adhering to regulatory standards and ethical guidelines.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Pharmacy is required.
• Good communication and presentation skills are essential.
• Willingness to travel extensively and strong sales mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Promote products to doctors, hospitals, clinics, and chemists to generate prescriptions.
• Regularly visit healthcare professionals as per daily call plan.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
• Conduct product presentations and explain features and benefits to professionals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and distributors.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
• Organize CME programs and other promotional activities.
• Ensure product availability and coordinate stock with distributors.
• Prepare and submit daily call reports and sales-related documents on time.
• Comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Position: Medical Representative (MR)

Job Summary

The Medical Representative is responsible for promoting the company's pharmaceutical products to doctors, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies to achieve sales targets and build strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and generate prescriptions for the company's products from healthcare professionals.
• Regularly visit doctors, hospitals, clinics, and chemists as per the daily call plan.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets assigned by the company.
• Conduct product presentations and explain product features and benefits to healthcare professionals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and distributors.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Organize and participate in Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs and other promotional activities.
• Ensure product availability and coordinate with distributors for stock management.
• Prepare and submit daily call reports, expense statements, and other sales reports on time.
• Comply with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Pharmacy, or any relevant discipline.
• 1-2years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.
• Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products and medical terminology.
• Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
