Responsibilities

• Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement marketing strategies to strengthen market presence and support business growth.
• Scheme Introduction: Design and implement dealer schemes, incentives, promotional offers, and sales promotion activities.
• Dealer Management: Develop dealer networks, maintain strong dealer relationships, and improve dealer engagement and loyalty.
• Brand Building: Enhance brand visibility through advertising, promotional campaigns, digital marketing, and market activation.
• Product Management: Coordinate product launches, product positioning, pricing inputs, packaging, and product performance reviews.
• Market Coordination: Coordinate with sales teams, regional managers, distributors, and dealers to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives.
• Market Research: Analyse competitor activities, market trends, customer preferences, and emerging business opportunities.
• Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to improve product penetration, market share, and achievement of business targets.
• Marketing Budget: Plan and monitor marketing expenditure, campaign effectiveness, and return on marketing investment.
• Cross-functional Coordination: Coordinate with Sales, Production, Product Development, and Management to align marketing activities with business objectives.
