Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated traditional, BTL, on-ground, and digital marketing strategies.

Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic marketing professional with experience across traditional, BTL, on-ground, brand activation, and digital marketing, preferably within the Heavy Equipment, Industrial, Infrastructure, Engineering, or Hospitality sectors. The role will be responsible for strengthening brand visibility, driving customer engagement, generating qualified leads, and supporting business growth through a combination of offline and digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to trade exhibitions, industry events, dealer branding, site-level activations, print media, social media, digital campaigns, content, SEO/SEM, and performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute integrated traditional, BTL, on-ground, and digital marketing strategies aligned with the overall business objectives of the company.
  • Plan, manage, and oversee marketing activities across all divisions and business verticals of the company, ensuring each division receives the required marketing support based on its business objectives and target audience.
  • Understand the individual requirements of different business divisions and develop division-specific marketing plans, campaigns, and promotional strategies.
  • Ensure consistent brand positioning, communication, and visibility across all business divisions and customer touchpoints.
  • Plan and manage product demonstrations, dealer activations, site branding, promotional activities, and other on-ground initiatives across relevant divisions.
  • Drive BTL and digital campaigns to generate qualified leads, improve brand visibility, and strengthen customer engagement for different business verticals.
  • Manage end-to-end participation in trade exhibitions, expos, conferences, industry events, and corporate activations for various divisions.
  • Plan and execute print, outdoor, promotional, corporate branding, social media, email marketing, and digital campaigns as per the requirements of each division.
  • Manage and monitor Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, SEO/SEM, website activities, and other digital marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and manage social media content calendars, digital promotions, marketing content, creatives, videos, presentations, and marketing collaterals in coordination with internal teams and agencies.
  • Work closely with the Sales, Business Development, Operations, and respective division heads to understand business requirements and develop effective marketing initiatives.
  • Support different divisions with lead-generation campaigns, product communication, sales collaterals, presentations, promotional materials, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyse marketing performance, lead generation, campaign effectiveness, digital metrics, and ROI across all divisions and recommend corrective actions.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights for different business verticals to identify new marketing opportunities.
  • Prepare and manage overall marketing budgets, including division-wise campaign costs and expenditure tracking.
  • Manage vendors, agencies, media partners, event partners, and other external stakeholders, including negotiations, coordination, and performance monitoring.
  • Ensure timely and cost-effective execution of marketing initiatives while maintaining brand standards, quality, and timelines.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-promotion and integrated marketing initiatives across different divisions of the company.
  • Track marketing-generated leads and coordinate with respective teams to ensure effective follow-up, lead nurturing, and conversion.
  • Monitor emerging marketing, digital, social media, and industry trends and recommend innovative strategies to strengthen the company's overall market presence.
  • Prepare regular marketing reports, campaign performance updates, and management dashboards covering activities and outcomes across all business divisions.
Key Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in Marketing, Brand Activation, BTL, Traditional Marketing, and Digital Marketing.
  • Experience in Heavy Equipment, Construction, Infrastructure, Engineering, Industrial Products, Hospitality, or B2B sectors preferred.
  • Strong exposure to trade exhibitions, dealer marketing, site branding, events, print media, and on-ground activations.
  • Hands-on understanding of digital marketing, social media, paid campaigns, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and website management.
  • Experience in managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, or other digital advertising platforms.
  • Proven experience in vendor, agency, and budget management.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing and lead-generation strategies.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management and execution capabilities.
  • Data-driven approach with the ability to analyse campaign performance, leads, and ROI.
  • Willingness to travel for site visits, dealer coordination, exhibitions, and industry events.
Preferred Profile
  • Experience managing dealer/distributor marketing networks.
  • Strong understanding of B2B customer engagement and industrial buyer behavior.
  • Experience handling both offline and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to manage multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously and work with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong creative thinking combined with excellent execution skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, timelines, budgets, and execution quality.
