MVH Roll Form is seeking a marketing lead to hire and train the team, design and execute product launch plans, and identify new markets. The role involves collaborating with sales and product development to meet demand, brainstorm advertising ideas, and optimize campaigns for better conversion rates.

The candidate will develop budgets, monitor expenditures, set sales targets, and drive profitability across engineering-driven steel and infra product lines.

Responsabilidades

• Hire and train marketing team members
• Create a launch plan for new products
• Identify potential markets and create plans to market the products and services in these markets
• Partner with sales and product development teams to evaluate and fulfil product demand
• Brainstorm advertising ideas
• Evaluate current marketing campaigns to find areas of improvement
• Create a budget and monitor the expenditure of marketing associates
• Analyse the effectiveness of promotions using key performance indicators such as conversion rates
• Create a sales plan and strategy
• Set sales goals
• Hire and train sales team members
• Determine the profitability of various products and services
• Manage sales team performance and motivate them to meet sales targets
• Respond to customer questions about the organisation's products and services
• Maintain communication with other departments in the organisation to integrate operations with efficiency
• Determine price schedules and set discount rate
• Prepare sales budget and approve expenditures for the sales department
• Develop and maintain and manage customer relationships with key customers
