Capri Global Capital (CGCL) in Mumbai seeks a Marketing Manager to develop and execute product marketing strategies, define positioning, and create collateral. You will partner with product, sales, and management to drive impact across channels.

You will conduct market research, monitor KPIs, and lead ATL/BTL campaigns, leveraging 4–5 years of NBFC/BFSI exposure to grow market share.

Formación

• Graduation in Marketing or related field is required.
• MBA degree is preferred.
• 4–5 years of marketing experience.
• Prefer NBFC/BFSI industry exposure.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for assigned products or product lines.
• Collaborate with product management to understand product features, benefits, and target market.
• Define product positioning, messaging, and differentiation to communicate value propositions.
• Create marketing collateral and promotional materials.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align efforts with business goals.
• Monitor KPIs to measure marketing effectiveness and identify improvements.
• Provide updates to stakeholders on marketing performance and market trends.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving and positive attitude.
• Excel in communications and content creation.
• Experience with ATL and BTL campaigns is a plus.

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for assigned products or product lines.
• Collaborate with product management to understand product features, benefits, and target market.
• Define product positioning, messaging, and differentiation to effectively communicate value propositions to target audiences.
• Create marketing collateral, including product promotional documents, collaterals and promotional materials.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business goals.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders on marketing performance and market trends.
• Expert in problem-solving skills & positive attitude.
• Strong with communications and content
• Experience with ATL, BTL will be a plus
• Understand the Business Portfolio & able to plan marketing strategy & plan execution with stakeholders.

Preferred candidate profile :

• Education Qualification: Graduation: Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Post-graduation: MBA preferred
• Experience 4-5 years
• Preferred industry : NBFC, BFSI only
