Sk Finance in Gujarat is seeking an experienced branding and marketing professional to lead regional activities, coordinating with product teams and support functions to boost brand visibility and business growth.

The role requires 5–8 years in branding and marketing, preferably in NBFC/financial services, with proven capability in regional marketing, team leadership and executing strategies to achieve targets.

• Minimum 5-8 years of branding and marketing experience, preferably in NBFC/financial services.
• Experience in regional marketing activities and team management.
• Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies to meet targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and team management skills.

Role & responsibilities

• Single point of contact In Gujarat Market from Marketing with all products business team & other support functions like operations, admin, HR etc.


• Driving regional marketing activities – Ideation, Execution & Evaluation of local consumer connect initiatives with business teams to improve business productivity, brand awareness & visibility


• Local support to corporate marketing team on successful execution of national marketing campaigns during brand launch, festivals, Pan India activation etc.


• Branch Branding – Installation, maintenance & updating the national/local offerings in the branch. Working closely with Admin, operations & corporate marketing team for rebranding project


• Lead Management – Efficient handling of leads generated from marketing activities to deliver the key matrices


• Regional Associations & tie ups with individuals, organizations to achieve branding & marketing objectives like Car dealer associations, RWA, business unions, Mandis, Panchayats, media channels etc.


• Create Branding opportunity for paid/permanent co-branding/visibility options in the region


• Conduct regularly to check on the brand health & create content and communication basis learning from the survey

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Branding and Marketing ,preferably in NBFC or financial services,


• Proven experience in in handling regional marketing activities and managing a team.


• Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies to achieve business targets.


• Excellent communication , negotiation and team management skills.
