SIMMAC NextGen Machinery seeks an experienced Marketing Head to drive the overall marketing strategy, brand positioning, and B2B lead generation in domestic and international markets.

You will lead digital campaigns, vendor management, and content creation while collaborating with sales and engineering to translate complex machinery features into compelling marketing messages. The role involves events, campaigns, and ROI tracking.

SIMMAC NextGen Machinery is a leading manufacturer, importer, and distributor of high-performance printing and packaging machinery. Our advanced product range includes digital roll-to-roll printing machines, screen printing equipment, leader box bag-making machines, and eco-friendly machinery tailored for non-woven fabric, paper, BOPP, PP woven, RPET, and canvas packaging solutions.

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and result-oriented Marketing Head to lead our marketing strategy, brand positioning, and B2B lead generation initiatives. You will be responsible for driving market expansion, digital presence, trade show execution, and lead management to achieve business growth across domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Marketing & Leadership:

• Plan, execute, and evaluate comprehensive B2B marketing strategies to promote industrial printing and packaging machinery.
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation:

• Oversee digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) to generate qualified leads for the sales team.
• Manage performance marketing, targeted ad campaigns, and website conversion optimization.
• Direct content creation, including customer interview videos, machine demo videos, product catalogs, and promotional collateral.

Exhibitions & Industry Events:

• Lead end-to-end planning, booth setup, and execution for national and international trade shows (e.g., Bharat Print Expo, PrintPack India, etc.).
• Build brand visibility and maximize lead capture during industry expos and regional events.

Brand & Product Promotion:

• Strengthen brand positioning for SIMMACs advanced product line (cylinder-free digital printing, automated box bag machinery, eco-ink solutions, etc.).
• Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to translate technical machinery features into compelling marketing arguments.

Team & Vendor Management:

• Manage external agencies, freelance designers, videographers, and advertising vendors.
• Monitor marketing budgets, ROI, and key performance indicators (KPIs) regularly.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Experience: 815 years of proven marketing experience in the Industrial Machinery, B2B Manufacturing, Printing, or Packaging sector.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (MBA in Marketing preferred).

Skills:

• Strong expertise in B2B marketing strategies and industrial lead generation.
• Proven track record in organizing trade fairs, industrial expos, and live product demos.
• Solid understanding of digital advertising (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube) and analytics.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and team management skills.
• Ability to communicate technical specifications clearly to diverse market segments.Role & responsibilities
