Job summary

Placenest Services Private Limited seeks an experienced Sales Manager to lead sales and marketing efforts for printing and packaging solutions in Mumbai. You will service existing clients, add new accounts, and drive revenue growth, reporting to the Director and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, market analysis, and strong relationship management to achieve targets. MBA Marketing preferred with 9–15 years of experience.

Qualifications

• Educational requirement: Graduate (MBA Marketing preferred).
• 9 to 15 years of experience.
• Experience in Sales & Marketing within Printing/Packaging or allied industries.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies to achieve business growth in printing & packaging solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build strong client relationships.
• Handle B2B sales, negotiate contracts, and close deals with corporate clients.
• Collaborate with production and design teams to deliver customized packaging solutions.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and pricing strategies.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.

Job Title: Sales Manager

Role Summary

Quantifiable Parameters: Servicing existing clients and add new clients. Revenue in Rupees as per target, % profit, number of new clients, time to resolve issue, number of repeat of jobs, % of conversions, Collection receivables as per (internal) credit terms, % excess inventory (material procured in anticipation of the order – but order not received)

Educational requirement: Graduate (MBA Marketing preferred)
