Job summary

Vilas Transcore Limited in Vadodara is seeking an Executive - Marketing to drive market development and lead generation in the CRGO and electrical components sector. You will coordinate with sales, create marketing materials, and support B2B initiatives on-site.

The ideal candidate has a relevant engineering or marketing background with 6+ years of industrial marketing experience and familiarity with CRM systems, trade shows, and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Engineering or Marketing degree required; MBA preferred.
• 6+ years in B2B/industrial marketing in CRGO/electrical steel or transformers.
• Experience in market development, lead generation, and CRM management.

Responsibilities

• Market Development & Lead Generation: Identify potential customers in CRGO, Transformers, Radiators, Lamination; develop lead databases through research, exhibitions, and digital channels; track and convert leads with the sales team.
• Technical Marketing Support: Create and maintain product presentations, brochures, and datasheets; support proposals, prequalification docs, and RFP responses; coordinate product trials with technical teams.
• CRM & Data Management: Maintain up-to-date CRM records; track interactions, opportunities, and follow-ups through dashboards.
• Customer & Event Coordination: Liaise with existing customers for relationship building and feedback; plan and execute trade shows, seminars, customer visits, and plant tours.

• 1. Market Development & Lead Generation

• 2. Technical Marketing Support
  Create and maintain product presentations, brochures, and datasheets.
  Support the preparation of customer-specific proposals, prequalification documents, and RFP responses.
  Coordinate product trials or sample deliveries with technical departments.
• 3. CRM & Data Management
  Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
  Track customer interactions, opportunities, and follow-ups through CRM dashboards
• 4. Customer & Event Coordination
  Liaise with existing customers for relationship building and feedback collection.
  Support the planning and execution of trade shows, seminars, customer visits, and plant tours.
  Handle post-event follow-up and documentation.
