Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of inbound/outbound sales experience (Telemarketing/ Renewal/ Call Center).
• Sales and/or channel experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls triggered by digital campaigns.
• Data Enhancement – Update and build accurate & insightful customer records on CRM database.
• Account Profiling – Analyze and map existing and new customers to identify key contacts.
• Perform outbound Telemarketing activity on targeted data lists.
• Reporting: Track campaign metrics versus predetermined goals.
• Perform marketing operations activities as required.

Skills

Job description

We are seeking an organized, energetic & results-driven Marketing Executive for Vadodara location. This role requires you to oversee sales and distribution in your assigned region and work to grow your customer base. We need individuals with innate leadership qualities and who can maintain good client and vendor relationships.

Main KRA (85%)

• Handle inbound calls triggered by digital campaigns
• Data Enhancement – Update and build accurate & insightful customer records on CRM database
• Account Profiling – Analyze and map existing and new customers to identify key contacts, purchasing processes and decision makers within an organization
• Perform outbound Telemarketing activity on targeted data lists, targeting both new & existing customers
• Reporting: Track campaign metrics versus predetermined goals. Other reports as required
• Perform marketing operations activities as required

Other Responsibilities that can be assigned (15%)

• Social Media Posting & Sharing posts in other groups
• Moderate & Develop Partner Community

Education and Experience Required

• Bachelors in Marketing, Business or related fields
