• Market Development & Lead Generation: identify and qualify potential customers in CRGO and related sectors.
• Technical Marketing Support: create product presentations, brochures, and datasheets; assist with proposals and RFPs.
• CRM & Data Management: maintain CRM records and track opportunities and follow-ups.
• Customer & Event Coordination: liaise with customers; assist in trade shows, visits, and plant tours.

Key Responsibilities

• 1. Market Development & Lead Generation
  Identify and qualify potential customers in the CRGO, Transfomers Radiators, Lamination, Nano crystlite
  Develop lead databases through research, exhibitions, and digital channels.
  Track and convert leads in coordination with the sales team.
• 2. Technical Marketing Support
  Create and maintain product presentations, brochures, and datasheets.
  Support the preparation of customer-specific proposals, prequalification documents, and RFP responses.
  Coordinate product trials or sample deliveries with technical departments.
• 3. CRM & Data Management
  Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
  Track customer interactions, opportunities, and follow-ups through CRM dashboards
• 4. Customer & Event Coordination
  Liaise with existing customers for relationship building and feedback collection.
  Support the planning and execution of trade shows, seminars, customer visits, and plant tours.
  Handle post-event follow-up and documentation.
