Qualifications

• 7–12 years of core experience in Learning & Development.
• Experience in Educational Institutions / K-12 systems.
• Masters in Education, HR, Psychology or related field; B.Ed/M.Ed preferred.
• Willingness to travel across Chennai campuses.
• Excellent English and Tamil communication.

Responsibilities

• Training Needs Analysis across campuses to design targeted interventions.
• Design and update training programs covering pedagogy, leadership, and soft skills.
• Facilitate workshops, CPD sessions for teachers and staff.
• Map competencies and assess post-training effectiveness.
• Utilize LMS and tech to deliver hybrid training.
• Travel to campuses within the region for on-site sessions and audits.

Job Title: Training and Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Training Needs Analysis (TNA): Conduct comprehensive skill-gap and training need analysis across various school campuses to design targeted learning interventions.
• Module & Curriculum Design: Design, develop, and update training programs covering pedagogy, classroom management, leadership development, soft skills, and institutional values.
• Facilitation & Execution: Conduct engaging training workshops, bootcamps, and continuous professional development (CPD) sessions for teachers, department heads, and administrative staff.
• Competency Mapping & Assessment: Establish performance benchmarks, track training effectiveness, and evaluate post-training implementation in classrooms.
• LMS & Educational Technology: Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) and modern teaching tools to deliver hybrid training solutions.
• Campus Travel & Audits: Frequently visit various school campuses within the region to observe classroom practices, conduct on-site sessions, and provide feedback.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• Gender: Male candidates only (due to extensive travel and on-site campus requirements).
• Industry Experience: Must have a strong background in Educational Institutions / K-12 School Systems (Mandatory).
• Work Experience: 7 to 12 years of core experience in Learning & Development / Training Management.
• Education: Masters degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field (B.Ed / M.Ed preferred).
• Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel extensively across school campuses in Chennai and surrounding regions.
