The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in designing and delivering high-impact training programs, fostering engagement among parents, teachers, and students. The role involves frequent travel to partner schools, creating comprehensive training schedules, and developing tailored training modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training Delivery: Conduct parent orientations to communicate the vision, goals, and curriculum framework.
  • Train teachers on curriculum implementation, teaching strategies, and student learning.
  • Facilitate child-specific workshops and learning programs where required.
  • Module Development: Design and develop training content and modules tailored for parents, teachers, and children.
  • Ensure training materials are up-to-date, engaging, and aligned with the curriculum.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Develop and manage a comprehensive training schedule for all partner schools.
  • Coordinate with school administrators to ensure smooth execution of training sessions.
  • Travel: Regularly travel to partner schools for on-site training sessions and meetings.
  • Represent the organization as a brand ambassador during engagements.
  • Feedback and Improvement: Gather feedback from participants to improve training content and delivery.
  • Stay updated with educational trends and best practices to enhance training programs.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, Psychology, or related fields (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in training, facilitation, or curriculum design, preferably in the education sector.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in creating engaging training materials (knowledge of multimedia tools is a bonus).
  • Ability to work independently and handle frequent travel.
  • Familiarity with modern teaching techniques and educational frameworks.
