Job summary

HiLITE Group in Kerala seeks an experienced HR leader to design and run programs that boost staff morale, inclusion, recognition, and well-being, while overseeing performance evaluation and staff development.

The role requires 15+ years in HR, MBA in HR, strong communication, Malayalam fluency, and a hands-on approach to people management and conflict resolution. You will drive HR initiatives and partner with leadership across the organization.

Qualifications

• MBA in HR/PGDM with minimum 15 years in HR (at least 5 years in people management).
• Understanding of all HR activities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with command over English.
• Proficiency in computers.
• Knowledge of Malayalam is mandatory.
