Job summary

Elite Staffing Service Pune in Pune is seeking a proactive Manager - Strategy & Growth to work with the leadership team on strategic planning, growth initiatives, and data-driven decision-making.

You will translate market trends, competitive insights, and customer data into actionable strategies, drive cross-functional growth projects with Sales, Marketing, Product and Operations, and prepare dashboards and decks for leadership reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or Mathematics.
• MBA/PGDM or related postgraduate qualification is a plus.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel; familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
