Job description

Responsibilities

• Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.
• Assist in developing and executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new products.
• Analyze data and user funnels to generate insights and identify improvement areas.
• Work on user acquisition strategies via digital channels, referral models, and partnerships.
• Support strategic alliances, lender onboarding, or channel partnerships.
• Prepare investor decks, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, ops) to align growth initiatives.
• Track KPIs, build dashboards, and support A/B testing and experiments.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing/completed a degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and tools like Notion, SQL, or Google Analytics is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in ambiguity.
• Passion for fintech, startups, and innovation.
