Job summary

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Project Estimation / Costing.
• Experience in Oil & Gas / EPC / Process Plant / Industrial Projects.
• Hands-on knowledge of multi-discipline estimation and quantity take-off.
• BOQ, rate analysis, tendering and cost estimation familiarity.
• Strong analytical, commercial and coordination skills.
• Good communication and team-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates for Mechanical Equipment, Civil & Structural, Piping, Electrical & Instrumentation scopes.
• Review tender documents, BOQs, drawings and project specifications.
• Prepare quantity take-offs, cost sheets and techno-commercial proposals.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Vendors and Project Teams for estimation inputs.
• Analyse vendor quotations, market rates and project costs.
• Identify cost risks and opportunities for cost optimisation.
• Lead the estimation team and ensure timely and accurate submission of estimates.
