Job summary

Mantras2Success Consultants seeks a senior Estimator to lead multi-discipline cost estimation for Oil & Gas / EPC projects. You will review project documents, prepare cost sheets and techno-commercial proposals, and coordinate with engineering, procurement and vendors to ensure accurate submissions.

The role requires 12+ years in project estimation, strong analytical and leadership skills, and a proven track record in cost optimisation and tendering for industrial plant projects.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Project Estimation/Costing.
• Experience in Oil & Gas / EPC / Process Plant / Industrial Projects.
• Hands-on knowledge of multi-discipline estimation.
• Understanding of BOQ, rate analysis, tendering & cost estimation.
• Strong analytical, commercial and coordination skills.
• Good communication and team-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates for Mechanical Equipment, Civil & Structural, Piping, Electrical & Instrumentation scopes.
• Review tender documents, BOQs, drawings and project specifications.
• Prepare quantity take-offs, cost sheets and techno-commercial proposals.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Vendors and Project Teams for inputs.
• Analyse vendor quotations, market rates and project costs.
• Identify cost risks and opportunities for cost optimisation.
• Lead the estimation team and ensure timely submission of estimates.
