Job summary

First Volt Power Services seeks an experienced Tender Estimator to prepare accurate project estimates, BOQs, and cost calculations for EPC projects. You will analyze tender documents, coordinate with engineering and procurement teams, and ensure timely submission of competitive bids.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in EPC/electrical infrastructure, strong MS Excel skills, ability to read drawings, and solid negotiation and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Study tender documents, BOQ, drawings, specifications, and scope of work.
• Prepare detailed estimates, BOQs, material take-offs, and project costing.
• Prepare technical and commercial tender proposals as per client requirements.
• Obtain and compare quotations from vendors/subcontractors.
• Analyse material, labour, equipment, transportation, and installation costs.
• Prepare rate analysis, costing sheets, and final bid price.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Projects, and Management teams.
• Identify deviations, exclusions, risks, and commercial conditions in tenders.
• Maintain tender records, quotation databases, and cost data for future bids.
• Ensure timely submission of tenders and maintain proper documentation.

Experience:
