WNY Holidays Pvt. Ltd. in Gurugram is seeking a Manager – MICE Sales to lead new-business development in corporate travel and events. You will identify corporate prospects, build relationships with decision-makers, understand event requirements, develop proposals and close profitable MICE deals.

You will collaborate with operations to ensure flawless execution and foster long-term client partnerships, delivering high-value conferences, incentives, and events across India.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven experience in MICE, corporate travel, hospitality or event sales.
• Strong corporate network and new-business acquisition skills.
• Able to independently manage the complete sales cycle—from prospecting to closure.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Commercial understanding of proposals, costing and margins.
• Target-driven, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

The Role

We are hiring a Manager – MICE Sales for Gurugram
