Job summary

WNY Holidays Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Manager/Sr. Manager - MICE Sales for Noida and Delhi markets. The role focuses on generating new business by identifying corporate prospects, building decision-maker relationships, understanding event requirements, developing proposals and closing profitable MICE business.

You will work closely with our operations team to ensure smooth execution and long-term client relationships. Location is Sector 18, Noida; employment is full-time and on-site.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of proven experience in MICE, corporate travel, hospitality or event sales.
• Strong corporate network and new-business acquisition skills.
• Ability to independently manage the complete sales cycle—from prospecting to closure.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

The Role

We are hiring a Manager/Sr. Manager - MICE Sales for Noida and Delhi Markets

You will work closely with our operations team to ensure smooth execution and long-term client relationships.

What We're Looking For

• 3-5 years of proven experience in MICE, corporate travel, hospitality or event sales
• Strong corporate network and new-business acquisition skills
• Ability to independently manage the complete sales cycle—from prospecting to closure
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Commercial understanding of proposals, costing and margins
• Target-driven, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
