Job summary

Treat Hotels & Resorts in Mumbai seeks a Senior MICE Manager Sales & Marketing to lead end-to-end MICE business across corporate events and group segments, driving revenue, profitability and client satisfaction.

You will manage the complete MICE cycle from enquiry, proposal, costing, negotiation and contracting to event execution and settlement, coordinating with Operations, F&B, Front Office and other teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree + 5–8 years of relevant MICE/events/hotel sales experience
• Strong Gujarāt/MICE network in corporate sector
• Excellent communication, negotiation, planning, problem-solving, commercial and client-handling skills

Responsibilities

• Drive MICE revenue, profitability, client satisfaction, and repeat business across corporate events and group segments
• Handle end-to-end MICE cycle from enquiry, proposal, costing, negotiation and contracting to event execution and settlement
• Manage meetings, conferences, incentives, exhibitions, corporate events, group movements, and large-scale events
• Understand requirements for rooms, meeting spaces, F&B, activities, transportation, entertainment, branding and event setups
• Prepare customized MICE proposals, quotations, packages, detailed costing, inclusions/exclusions and commercial offers
• Negotiate commercial terms and convert enquiries into confirmed business
• Prepare function schedules, rooming lists, meal plans, meeting agendas, timelines and detailed event requirements
• Coordinate with Operations, Banquets, F&B, Front Office, Reservations, Housekeeping, Revenue, Finance, Engineering and other teams
• Act as the primary client contact during events, managing arrivals, departures, rooms, meetings, meals, transfers, VIPs and last-minute changes
• Build strong relationships with corporate clients, MICE agencies, PCOs, DMCs, event companies and travel partners
• Monitor revenue across rooms, banquet, meeting-space, F&B and events while driving upsell/cross-sell and profitability
• Coordinate AV, décor, transportation, entertainment, production, branding, room blocks and vendor execution
• Generate new MICE business through market visits, exhibitions, trade shows, networking and client meetings
• Maintain pipelines, forecasts, reports and event records
• Ideal profile: Bachelor's degree + 5–8 years of relevant MICE/events/hotel sales experience with strong Gujarat network

Senior MICE Manager

1. Role: Senior MICE Manager Sales & Marketing, Treat Hotels & Resorts, Mumbai.
2. Primary Goal: Drive MICE revenue, profitability, client satisfaction, and repeat business across corporate events and group segments.
