You will work closely with our operations team to ensure seamless execution and cultivate long-term client relationships, delivering customized corporate travel and event solutions across India and international destinations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven experience in MICE, corporate travel, hospitality or event sales.
• Strong corporate network and new-business acquisition skills.
• Ability to independently manage the complete sales cycle—from prospecting to closure.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Commercial understanding of proposals, costing and margins.
• Target-driven, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

The Role

We are hiring a Manager – MICE Sales for our Mumbai office.

The role is focused primarily on generating new business—identifying corporate prospects, building decision-maker relationships, understanding event requirements, developing proposals and closing profitable MICE business. You will work closely with our operations team to ensure smooth execution and long-term client relationships.
