Job summary

Eaton in Vadodara, India is seeking a sales professional to build and install a base market position in the Region West by locating, developing, defining and closing business relationships for sales channels, customers and utilities for MV products.

The role requires proposing Eaton products and services for the western region, driving channel and OEM partnerships, building a profitable pipeline, and coordinating with Marketing to respond to competitors.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering is required.
• Deep know-how on MV products.
• Strong negotiations and results orientation.

Responsibilities

• Build and install base market position by developing sales relationships in Region West.
• Develop regional plans to create a profitable pipeline aligned with the profit plan.
• Promote Eaton MV products and services in the western region.
• Drive channel/OEM partnerships and market plans; track performance.
• Monitor competitors and coordinate with Marketing on counter actions.

What you’ll do:\"• Responsible for building and installing base market position by locating, developing, defining and where appropriate negotiating, and closing business relationships for sales channels , customers , utilties for Region West• Develop and execute plans on a regional basis which result in a pipeline of profitable business in the short, medium, and long term which is consistent with the year-on-year profit plan in relation to Eaton’s MV Products, Services and Markets.\"\"* Propose and establish Eaton products and Services for VCB/PSS/RMU and other MV products in Eaton’s portfolio for the western Region* Responsible for the success for the performance and development of new and potential Customers and channel partners.* Formulate and follow dedicated and focused Business Plans for new Markets/Market segments and develop and execute these in line with the profit plan.* Provide timely feedback regarding performances of Channel/OEM sales with business feasibility, overview, and projection* Proposes methodologies to grow the size of the market / market segments (standards, prescription, promotion).* Has proactive pre-sales approach which includes projects follow up, project pipeline creation and continuation in order to build strong business opportunities and demand.* Monitors the competition and analyzes competitors' action by market segments (strategy, marketing mix) works closely with Marketing for defining counter actions.\"Qualifications:B.E. in Electrical7-12 yrsSkills:Deep Knowhow on MV productsNegotiations Skills, Gets Results
