Responsibilities

• Responsible for building and installing base market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships for sales channels, customers, and utilities for Region West.
• Develop and execute regional plans to generate a pipeline of profitable business in the short, medium, and long term, consistent with Eaton’s MV Products, Services and Markets year‑on‑year profit plan.
• Propose and establish Eaton products and services for VCB/PSS/RMU and other MV products in Eaton’s portfolio for the Western Region.
• Ensure successful performance and development of new and potential customers and channel partners.
• Formulate and follow dedicated business plans for new markets or market segments and execute them in line with the profit plan.
• Provide timely feedback on channel/OEM sales performance with business feasibility, overview, and projection.
• Propose methodologies to grow the size of the market or market segments (standards, prescription, promotion).
• Execute a proactive pre‑sales approach that includes project follow‑up, pipeline creation, and continuation to build strong business opportunities and demand.
• Monitor the competition and analyze competitors’ actions by market segment (strategy, marketing mix) while working closely with Marketing to define counter actions.
