Role & responsibilities:

• 1. Market Research and Analysis- To identify potential markets, locations and opportunities for retail expansion.
• 2. Strategic planning Develop and implement strategic plans for retail expansion, aligning with companys growth objectives.
• 3. Site selection and acquisition- Identify prime locations , negotiate lease rentals and contract with property owners and developers.
• 4. Project management Oversee the planning, design and construction of new stores, coordinate with architects, contractors and other stake holders to ensure timely opening of stores.
• 5. Financial analysis and budgeting – prepare and manage budgets for retail expansion and conduct financial analysis to evaluate the viability and profitability of new store locations.
• 6. Relationship management – Build and maintain relationships with developers, mall owners and competition
• 7. Performance monitoring and reporting
• 8. Team leadership and collaboration – lead and mentor a team and collaborate with cross functional teams including projects, design, finance, operations etc
