Jubilant FoodWorks (JFL) in Mohali, India is seeking a Project Execution & Delivery leader to drive end-to-end store fit-outs, renovations, relocations and infrastructure programs. You will oversee construction, vendor management, CAPEX planning, and cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Design, Procurement, Finance and Leadership to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.

The role requires a proven track record in large-scale retail/QSR expansion projects, strong cost control, quality

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale retail/QSR expansion projects.
• Strong understanding of interior fit-outs, civil works, MEP, and finishing materials.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Commercially astute with a strong focus on quality, timelines, and cost optimization.
• Capable of influencing senior stakeholders and driving execution through cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end execution of new store fit-outs, renovations, relocations, and infrastructure projects.
• Ensure projects are delivered within approved timelines, budgets, and quality parameters.
• Develop and implement project execution strategies aligned with expansion plans.
• Monitor project progress and proactively resolve execution bottlenecks.
• Drive on-time store handovers to operations and business teams.
• Oversee construction activities across locations and ensure adherence to approved designs, specifications, and brand standards.
• Conduct periodic site reviews and audits to ensure quality standards and execution excellence.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive implementation of best construction practices and standardization across projects.
• Build and manage a strong network of contractors, consultants, architects, and project management agencies.
• Monitor contractor performance against quality, cost, and timeline commitments.
• Lead commercial negotiations and drive cost efficiencies without compromising quality.
• Establish vendor scorecards and periodic performance reviews.
• Own project budgets and CAPEX planning.
• Identify opportunities for value engineering and cost optimization.
• Drive standardization of materials, finishes, and technologies to improve project economics.
• Monitor project financials and ensure budget adherence.
• Establish project quality benchmarks and execution standards.
• Conduct quality audits and compliance reviews across ongoing and completed projects.
• Ensure all projects meet organizational specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Drive corrective actions to minimize defects and rework.
• Partner with Business Development, Operations, Design, Procurement, Finance, and Leadership teams to support expansion plans.
• Provide project feasibility inputs during site evaluation and approval stages.
• Present project updates, dashboards, and risk assessments to senior leadership.
• Drive seamless cross-functional coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing project execution team.
• Establish KPIs, governance mechanisms, and project review frameworks.
• Foster a culture of accountability, execution excellence, and continuous improvement.
