Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for contractual staffing across PAN India.
• Manage high-volume hiring for blue-collar, grey-collar, and white-collar positions.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet client hiring timelines and SLAs.
• Monitor daily hiring activities and ensure timely closures.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters and Team Leads.
• Allocate client requirements and monitor recruiter productivity.
• Conduct daily recruitment reviews, pipeline discussions, and performance meetings.
• Train team members on sourcing strategies, screening, interviewing, and client expectations.
• Coordinate with clients, Key Account Managers, and Operations teams to understand manpower requirements.
• Participate in client review meetings and provide recruitment updates.
• Ensure high client satisfaction through quality hiring and timely delivery.
• Drive sourcing through job portals, social media, employee referrals, vendor networks, job fairs, and field recruitment.
• Build talent pipelines for recurring and critical positions.
• Improve joining ratios and reduce offer dropouts through effective candidate engagement.
• Track recruitment metrics such as submissions, interviews, offers, joinings, and recruiter productivity.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Monitor recruitment costs and optimize hiring efficiency.
• Implement recruitment best practices and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and client requirements.
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
