Job summary

The-Search-House is seeking a Sr. Recruitment Specialist to independently manage high-volume bulk and lateral hiring across functions and locations. This role is a hands-on IC position, not an HR generalist.

You will drive end-to-end recruitment, optimize TAT, and build a ready-to-hire pipeline. Ideal candidates have 5–8 years of hands-on recruitment, strong sourcing via portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, portals in use), and proven ability to manage 20+ open positions simultaneously in a fast-paced

• 5-8 years of hands-on recruitment experience with bulk + lateral hiring exposure, across functions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, negotiation, offer closure and joining.
• Manage 20+ concurrent requisitions while meeting defined TATs.
• Drive bulk hiring through walk-ins, hiring drives and campus initiatives.
• Handle niche and mid-to-senior lateral hiring through targeted sourcing.
• Leverage Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, IIM Jobs, Indeed, Foundit, referrals and other sourcing channels using Boolean/X-ray search.
• Partner with hiring managers, challenge unrealistic requirements and drive timely decisions.
• Manage offer negotiations, counter-offers and candidate engagement through joining.
• Maintain strong ATS hygiene, recruitment MIS and reporting.
• Track and improve TAT, cost per hire, source mix, offer-to-joining ratio and quality of hire.
• Build a strong ready-to-hire talent pipeline for recurring and critical roles.

Must-Have

• 5-8 years of hands-on recruitment experience with strong bulk + lateral hiring exposure.
• Proven ability to manage 20+ open positions simultaneously.
• Strong expertise in job portals, sourcing tools, Boolean/X-ray search and ATS.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation and candidate-closure skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target- and TAT-driven environment.
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, retail, B2B distribution, sales/operations or similar sectors is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA/PGDM-HR is an advantage.
