Nibav Home Lifts seeks a seasoned Recruitment Lead to manage end-to-end hiring for technical, blue-collar, and elevator technician roles. You will drive a 200+ technician target, backfill attrition, and build multi-channel sourcing pipelines while leading a team of 10 recruiters.

Widely skilled in English and Hindi, you will set targets, monitor daily productivity, and ensure timely closures. You will partner with operations to forecast manpower and optimize hiring processes in a high-volume

Competenze

• 9 to 12 years in recruitment with volume/bulk and blue-collar hiring experience.
• Experience leading a recruitment team of 8–10 members.
• Strong command of recruitment data, dashboards, and KPI reviews.

Lead blue-collar elevator technicians and volume hiring operations. Manage a team of 10 recruiters to deliver 200+ service technician hires while continuously backfilling a 10% attrition rate through a strong sourcing strategy, data discipline, and hands-on team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Hiring Delivery

• Own end-to-end recruitment for technical, blue-collar, and elevator technician roles sourcing through onboarding
• Hit a 200+ technician hiring target, adjusting continuously for attrition
• Build multi-channel sourcing pipelines: portals, referrals, vendors, ITI/technical institutes, hiring drives, and walk-ins.
• Lead, coach, and perform well with a team of 10 recruiters
• Set individual/team targets; track daily and weekly productivity
• Drive accountability and urgency across the team; course-correct where numbers slip.

Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with business/ops teams to capture manpower requirements early and accurately
• Ensure on-time closures (TAT) for every open role
• Be the go-to point of contact for hiring escalations.

Data & Reporting

• Maintain clean, current recruitment data requisitions, pipeline status, and source-wise conversion
• Track KPIs: fill rate, TAT, cost per hire, quality of hire
• Use data to spot funnel bottlenecks and adjust sourcing before targets slip.

Candidate Experience

• Maintain professionalism and clear communication throughout the hiring journey.
• Stay composed and solution-focused under high-volume, high-pressure conditions.

Key Skills & Requirements

• Strong communication skills in English & Hindi
• 9 to 12 years in recruitment, with strong volume/bulk and blue-collar hiring experience
• Proven experience leading a recruitment team (8 to 10+ members)
• Strong command of recruitment data, dashboards, and KPI reviews
• Track record of hitting hiring targets within TAT, even under pressure
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skill
• Target-driven, organized, and hands-on experience.
