Job summary

Deevin Seismic Systems Pvt. Ltd. in Mandideep, Madhya Pradesh, is seeking an experienced Production Planning & Control professional. You will lead daily to monthly production planning, manage machine load across VTL, CNC, VMC and conventional setups, and drive OEE improvements.

You will coordinate with Design, QA, Procurement and customers, implement 5S and Kaizen programs, and ensure IS0 9001:2015 and IS 3834-2 compliance. Strong leadership, lean mindset and CAD skills are essential.

Qualifications

• BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• 15–18 years of experience in manufacturing industry.
• Experience in machining (including VTL, CNC/VMC), heavy fabrication, painting preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP-PP module.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily, weekly and monthly production per customer requirements.
• Load shift-wise machines (VTL, CNC, VMC, etc.) and monitor targets.
• Coordinate with design, QA, procurement and customers for production feasibility.
• Implement 5S, Kaizen and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Ensure ISO 9001:2015 and IS 3834-2 compliance; coordinate internal and third-party audits.
• Review fixtures/tools; support AutoCAD drawing reviews for feasibility.

Job description

Role & Responsibilities:

Production Planning & Control:

• Daily, Weekly & Monthly production planning as per customer requirement.
• Shift wise Machine loading (VTL, CNC, VMC, Conventional etc.).
• Monitoring daily/weekly/monthly targets.
• WIP control and material planning through.
• Dispatch planning and adherence to timelines.

Operations Management

• Handling Prestressing Systems (Anchor Cone, Anchor Heads, Wedges), Bridge Bearings, Expansion Joints etc.
• Optimizing cycle time and improving OEE.
• Shift-wise manpower allocation and discipline control.
• Machine handover system and downtime analysis.

Process Improvement & Cost Optimization

• Implementation of 5S.
• Kaizen activities for productivity improvement.
• Reducing supplier dependency via in-house development.

Quality & Compliance

• Ensuring ISO 9001:2015 compliance.
• Ensuring IS : 3834-2 Compliance
• Internal audit coordination.
• Handling third-party inspections & testing
• Implementation of SOPs and safety protocols.

Technical Coordination

• Coordination with Design, QA, Procurement and Customer.
• Fixture and tool development support.
• AutoCAD drawing review for production feasibility.

Required Qualification:

• BE / B.Tech (Mechanical Engineering)
