Job summary

Shreepati Techno Services is seeking a seasoned Manager/Sr. Manager in Pune to plan monthly production with resource optimization, lead a large engineering team, and drive continuous improvement.

You will coordinate with various departments to meet KRAs, manage costs, and ensure production targets align with customer schedules. Responsibilities

• Understand monthly production schedule and prepare the plan with resources.
• Lead sr. engineers, engineers, supervisors, and workers to meet KRAs.
• Drive daily production, ensure safety, and monitor costs and waste.
• Coordinate with departments to improve processes and quality.
• Implement Kaizen, 5S, Lean, Kanban and process mapping.
• Ensure compliance to audits and develop training plans for the team.

Position : Manager / Sr. Manager

Role & Responsibilities :-

Understand the Customers Monthly Schedule & Prepare the Production Plan with resource planning ( Man / Machines / Material/ Method ) & Meet Production Plan Vs Actual in line with Customers Monthly Schedule
Strong Leadership role able to Build / Lead the Team of Sr. enginees / engineers / Supervisors / Permnant & Contractual
workers. Also he should have strong demanding approach from concerns departments for achieving KRA ( Key Result Areas
)/ MOP ( Measure of Performance ) & for delivering positive results in line with Organization Goal.
Participation / Skills of troubleshooting Operational Issues
Experience of Project Handling / Planning / execution required
Participation in Reducing 7 WasteTo reduce cost of poor quality (COPQ)
Calculate the machine wise utilizations plan for monthly Schedule & Plan the actions for meeting the Production & delivery

Work on Capacity Constraints & Plan the actions for meeting the Production & delivery

To establish, maintain & improve Manufacturing systems documentations Prod report / Daily Rework report / daily scrap
report / in process inspection report / 3S-3M report / NK Charts etc
Identify the training Needs & plan for Training for Manufacturing Team
Material accountability initiate actions for monitoring Raw material / WIP / Finish good inventory
Compliance to the customer audits & findings.
Assign the resources for development & Meet monthly Development Schedule

Monitor the cost parameters Labor cost /consumable cost & Other Operational Expenses etc

Initiate the actions towards continual improvement projects / kaizen
/ 5S / Lean / Kanban / Process & Motion Mapping / Reducing 7 wastes / Turtle Chart etc.
Meet Sales Plan Vs Actual Ensure Shop floor Safety Practices

KSAB Status Knowledge

• 1. Bending, Punching, Plasma, Laser Cutting, Assembly , Machining Processes.
• 2. Fabrication/ welding processes MIG-TIG-SMAW. WPS / PQR / NDT & Welding Standards
• 3. CED / Shot blasting / Painting /Powder coating processes Engineering BOMs & Scope of Projects.
• 4.Detailed knowledge of available machines / utility
• 5. Quality Management Systems.
• 6 Knowledge of Kanban ,5S etc
• 7Materials & Basic Metallurgy.
