Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in Product Training, Sales Training, or Capability Development.
• Experience in Consumer Durables, Home Appliances, Consumer Electronics, Water Purifiers, or similar industries.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Comfortable with extensive field travel.

• Conduct classroom and field training sessions.
• Train sales teams, dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
• Develop product manuals, presentations, demo scripts, and certification modules.
• Coach field teams through live product demonstrations.
• Identify training needs and improve sales capability.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
• Track training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Travel extensively for field coaching and dealer enablement.
