Job summary

Bharti AXA Life Insurance is seeking a dynamic Sales Training Specialist to design and deliver training programs across levels, from basic sales skills to advanced techniques, in a field-driven environment.

The role emphasizes consultative selling, coaching of sales executives, and identifying training needs, with responsibilities including calendar management, dashboards and reports, and ensuring proper grooming and presentation of the sales team.

Qualifications

• Must be able to conduct training across skill levels, including basic and advanced sales skills.
• Provide on-the-job handholding to help sales executives overcome objections and learn.
• Identify training needs and implement centralized/ regional training programs and R&R initiatives for sales staff.
• Ready for field-based Sales Training and to own performance feedback loops.

• Should identify training needs and implement centrally/regionally driven comprehensive training program and R&R initiatives for the sales staff.
• Must be Ready for field-based Sales Training and own and drive performance culture, providing regular performance feedback.
• Must be available as a resource for various sales team members requiring additional training for projects.
• Oversee and improve grooming and presentation of sales personnel and maintain monthly dashboards & daily reports.
• Take ownership of 0-6 months executives in terms of Product, Policy & Process Knowledge.

• Provides on the job hand holding to help the sales executives overcome objections, and teach
• Consultative selling techniques.
• Should identify training needs and implement centrally/regionally driven comprehensive training program and R&R initiatives for the sales staff.
• Must be Ready for field-based Sales Training
• Must own and drive performance culture, also, provide regular performance feedback and red flag the low performers.
• Must be available as a resource for various sales team members, who may need help for additional training for some various projects.
• Should adhere to planned training calendar and maintain monthly dashboards & daily reports
• Oversee and improves on overall grooming and presentation of the sales personals.
• Must take ownership of (0-6) months executives in terms of Product, Policy & Process Knowledge
