Job summary

Bharti AXA Life Insurance in Lucknow invites applications for a Training Manager role focused on skill development across the sales force.

The position involves designing and delivering structured programs, coaching sales executives, and ensuring adherence to the calendar while tracking dashboards.

You will work in a field-based environment, driving performance culture and grooming sales personnel for product, policy and process knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Conducts training programs for all skill levels, including basic sales skills, as well as advanced
• Sales techniques, Point of Sales & Captive call-center environment.
• Provides on the job hand holding to help the sales executives overcome objections, and teach
• Consultative selling techniques.
• Should identify training needs and implement centrally/regionally driven comprehensive training program and R&R initiatives for the sales staff.
• Must be Ready for field-based Sales Training
• Must own and drive performance culture, also, provide regular performance feedback and red flag the low performers.
• Must be available as a resource for various sales team members, who may need help for additional training for some various projects.
• Should adhere to planned training calendar and maintain monthly dashboards & daily reports
• Oversee and improves on overall grooming and presentation of the sales personals.
• Must take ownership of (0-6) months executives in terms of Product, Policy & Process Knowledge
