Job summary

Aquera in Bengaluru, India is seeking a Customer Training & Enablement lead to design, deliver, and optimize product training for customers, partners, and end-users. You will run instructor-led and virtual sessions, create rich training content, and align with Product, CS, Support, and Implementation teams.

You will drive adoption by simplifying complex features, track training KPIs, and support onboarding and feature launches. Strong SaaS knowledge and outstanding communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years in Product Training, Customer Enablement, or related roles.
• Experience delivering customer-facing product and technical training programs.
• Strong understanding of SaaS or enterprise software platforms.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder skills.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Experience with LMS, e-learning tools, webinars, and training analytics preferred.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Own the complete Customer Product Training and Enablement lifecycle.
• Design, develop, and deliver engaging product training programs for customers, partners, and end-users.
• Conduct instructor-led, virtual, and hands-on product training sessions.
• Create and maintain training materials, user guides, product documentation, videos, knowledge-base articles, and learning paths.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Customer Success, Support, and Implementation teams to stay updated on product enhancements and customer needs.
• Drive product adoption by enabling customers to effectively utilise product features and capabilities.
• Gather customer feedback and training effectiveness metrics to continuously improve learning programs.
• Support customer onboarding, product rollouts, feature launches, and change management initiatives.
• Serve as a product subject matter expert (SME) during customer interactions and training engagements.
• Monitor training KPIs such as completion rates, customer satisfaction scores, product adoption, and learning outcomes.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in Product Training, Customer Enablement, Technical Training, Learning and Development, or Product Education roles.
• Proven experience delivering customer-facing product and technical training programs.
• Strong understanding of SaaS, enterprise software, technology platforms, or digital products.
• Excellent presentation, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience creating training content using modern learning methodologies and tools.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse customer audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Experience with LMS platforms, e-learning tools, webinars, and training analytics is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with B2B SaaS, Enterprise Products, Identity Space, IPaaS, ERP, CRM or Technology Platforms.
• Certifications in Training, Learning and Development, Instructional Design, or Product Enablement will be an advantage.
