Job summary

AdroitHR Management Services in Mumbai is seeking a training specialist to design and deliver comprehensive product training for retail staff in-store. You will conduct demonstrations, floor walks, and feedback sessions to elevate product knowledge and customer interactions.

You will collaborate with Product, Marketing and Sales teams to stay updated on campaigns and positioning, and you will create and update training materials, manuals, and e-learning content to support ongoing staff
