Job summary

Search Advisers Services Guj seeks a dedicated Training & Development professional in Pune district, Maharashtra, to design and execute training calendars for service engineers and dealer technicians. The role involves coordinating with internal trainers and external trainers to run licensing programs and develop a pool of trainers.

• Plan and execute training calendar for service engineers.
• Plan licensing training programmes for dealer service engineers.
• Coordinate with internal trainers for conducting training programmes.
• Develop set of trainers.
• Conduct chargeable trainings at region and head office.
• Make contracts with external set of trainers.
• Lead and develop learning and development for service team (technical and behavioural trainings).
• Monitor and plan licensing programmes.
