Job summary

Haier Appliances in Pune district, Maharashtra, seeks a hands-on role focused on business planning and manufacturing strategy. You will prepare and finalize the plan and coordinate end-to-end with Marketing and Category teams from order receipt to delivery.

You will manage and execute production plans, optimal jig and machine capacity, and rolling plans with Sourcing, Production, and Marketing. You will ensure delivery per customer schedules for Domestic, Export, OEM, INSTY, and CANDY, while

Responsibilities

• Prepare and finalize Business Plan / Manufacturing Strategy of Budget and Challenge targets.
• End to end coordination with MKT and Category team right from order receiving to delivery.
• Managing and Execution of production plan with proper jig and machine wise capacity and utilization.
• Rolling plan preparation and review with Sourcing, Production Dept. and MKT Team.
• To deliver the product as per customer requirement schedule for Domestic/Export /OEM/INSTY/CANDY.
• Internal dept. Planning, Manpower, PPC Training and improvement, Evaluation etc.
• Material assurance tracking for 3month plan as per Rolling and Inventory planning, management, control and ageing reduction.
• Coordination with Export dept. and OEM customer for Production and Dispatch.
• BSR warehouse management as per standards of Stock keeping, EP norm, 6S and Safety
• Delivery of Goods on Right Time, Right Quality and Right Quantity at right place.
