Job summary

Chatha Foods Limited in India seeks a Plant PPC Manager to translate the master production plan into a detailed, executable plant schedule. You will ensure timely production with correct materials, manpower, and capacity, acting as the pivotal link between Central PPC, Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality and the Plant Head.

You will collaborate with Plant Head, Production, Central PPC, Demand Planning, Purchase, Stores, Quality, Maintenance, Dispatch, Finance/MIS to drive seamless operations

Qualifications

• Experience in a multi-SKU manufacturing environment.
• Food/frozen-food experience is preferred.
• Experience with ERP/MRP implementation and integration.
• Experience coordinating with central PPC functions.
• Exposure to S&OP processes.
• Highly organised and numbers-oriented, with strong attention to detail.
• Proactive, assertive but collaborative, with strong follow-up and communication.

Responsibilities

• Convert central production plan into a detailed plant production schedule.
• Ensure production executes on time with the right materials and capacity.
• Act as key planning link between Central PPC, Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality and Plant Head.
• Manage production planning and daily production control.
• Monitor material availability and capacity planning.
• Oversee inventory and finished goods management.
• Coordinate with Central PPC and cross-functional teams to align demand and supply.
